Who we are
Micro Macro Nutri Labs operates the Micro Macro Tracker mobile application ("the App"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Account information – your email address and display name when you register or sign in with Google or Apple.
- Food & nutrition data – meals and nutrients you log within the App, stored locally on your device.
- Authentication tokens – short-lived tokens managed by Firebase Authentication to keep you signed in securely.
Data we do NOT collect
- We do not collect precise location data.
- We do not collect payment information directly (handled by Apple / Google).
- We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.
How we use your data
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To store and display your personal nutrition log within the App.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) – account management and secure sign-in.
- Google Sign-In – optional OAuth sign-in via your Google account.
- Sign in with Apple – optional OAuth sign-in via your Apple ID.
Data retention & deletion
Locally stored nutrition data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. To delete your account and associated authentication data, use the "Delete account" option in the App settings or contact us at the address below.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date below will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

Micro Macro Tracker is a personal nutrition tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and no information provided by the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No liability for health outcomes
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Micro Macro Nutri Labs and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Reliance on nutritional data displayed in the App.
- Dietary or lifestyle decisions made based on App output.
- Inaccuracies in nutrient values sourced from the USDA database or user-entered data.
- Any adverse health effects resulting from use or misuse of the App.
Data accuracy
Nutritional values are sourced from the USDA FoodData Central database and are provided for informational purposes only. Actual nutrient content of foods may vary. The App does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any nutritional information for your individual needs.
📋 Terms of Use
By downloading or using Micro Macro Tracker you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
Permitted use
The App is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the App or its content.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Micro Macro Nutri Labs is not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or other damages arising from use of the App.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Micro Macro Nutri Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
